Data Analysis
In this lab my group found that the fewer the sugar rings, the sweeter the carbohydrate. We also noticed that the only two polysacchs we tested weren't used as energy, unlike the rest. Another thing we noticed was that despite their type, texture, sweetness, or function, all of the carbs were white. Finally the last thing we found was that the top three sweetest carbohydrates were the most grainy ones, while the rest were a more fine powder. The only thing that could have messed the lab up was if we mixed up the carbs or didn't have a correct sense of taste.
Reflection
I really liked this lab because it was simple and we got to taste sugar. My partner and I rarely disagreed and despite being a tad sugar crazed, he did an equal amount of work, which was better than my previous lab partner.
